Dawn of Love

We stood on the place where I first saw you
We were in the faint gray of early dawn
Then rays of pink overcame the skies
We looked up and a bright pink heart cloud
Shone against a light pink sky above us
Our spirits soared as we leaned together
Into each other's arms
I lifted my face to yours with love
We knew it was a dawn of love
My heart joined yours then, easily
For we were one instead of two
This is what the heavens wanted
For me and you to be in love
In that dawn of love we stood there
